How often can I use it?

It is safe to use infrared saunas everyday. Clients report to see optimal results with 3-4 sessions per week.

How long is the downtime after LED Light Therapy?

There isn’t any downtime from the standalone LED treatment. However, if LED Light therapy forms part of another treatment, there may be associated downtime to your other procedure.
